Election Information

Electing your leadership is a very important and fundamental responsibility of all TAHQ members. With your vote, you have the power to make a difference and impact the future of TAHQ and healthcare quality in your area.  The Nominating Team is committed to ensuring a strong ballot is presented to give you choices of excellent candidates to represent TAHQ. The election will take place via email this July, with results announced after the votes have been tabulated.

We are interested in representation from home care, skilled nursing/long term care, behavioral health, managed care, acute care and all other healthcare entities.

If  you are interested in applying for a leadership position and becoming a vital part in shaping the future of healthcare quality in Texas, this area provides the information you need to become a candidate. The deadline to receive candidate materials is August 19, 2011. 

Available positions include: President Elect, Education Chair, Communications Chair, Nominations/Legislative Director and Special Interest Groups (SIG) Director (liaison to non-acute care facilities).
